developer and publisher of the mobile application
Kingdom Rising, collects, uses, discloses, and protects
your personal and non-personal information when you use our game,
websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal information is information that lets us know who you are and may
be used to contact you online or offline. We collect information through
the following methods:

provided when registering an account for
Kingdom Rising, participating in contests, special
events, posting or commenting on our message boards, forums, blogs, or

Customer Service directly via ticketing and e-mail.

Kingdom Rising or our official websites, we may
automatically record your operating system, Internet Protocol (IP)

Kingdom Rising on a mobile platform, we may collect and

Device Identifier (UDID or IMEI), MAC Address, operating system, device

and other passive technologies (including clear gifs/web beacons) to

settings, though it may affect certain Services.

Kingdom Rising using social network accounts such as

other users within the game platform. We are not responsible for any
harm resulting from voluntarily sharing your information in violation of

We retain your personal information as long as your account in
Kingdom Rising remains active, or until you choose to
leave our Services.

If you violate this Policy, we may impose a time limitation on retaining
your information based on our internal compliance policies.

Your registration info and game data are automatically deleted if the
game or platform service expires (end of service). Certain ephemeral
data like log data, chat data, or in-game activity logs may only be
stored for several minutes or days before being cleared.

Once deletion is executed, the data is permanently removed and is no
longer available for any purpose.
6. PRIVACY SECURITY AND PROTECTION
We implement strict administrative and technical security measures (such
as encryption and firewalls) to protect your personal information from
loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage. Sensitive data like user IDs
and passwords are encrypted and stored securely. Our personnel undergo

8. DATA DELETION RIGHTS & PROCEDURES
We respect your right to privacy. You have the right to delete your

How to Delete Your Personal Data In-App:

In the Kingdom Rising mobile app, tap your avatar in
the bottom-left corner, tap "Account" at the bottom,
and then tap "Switch Account" to navigate to the
"User Center" section.
- Select the "Profile" option.

Tap the "Delete Account" button located in the
bottom-left corner of the screen.

Tap the "Confirm" button to confirm the deletion of
your account.
Once deleted, all personal info (including username and email) will be
permanently removed. Any user-generated content (e.g., comments, posts)
may be retained in an anonymized, dissociated form to comply with legal or
operational requirements.
If you cannot access the in-app deletion tools, you may submit an
alternative data deletion request by contacting us at the emails provided
below.
9. POLICY CHANGES OR UPDATES
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make
material changes, we will notify you on this site or within the
application prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of
Kingdom Rising signifies your acceptance of the updated
terms.
