RIPPLE DIGITAL INDONESIA ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer and publisher of the mobile application Kingdom Rising, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal and non-personal information when you use our game, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information is information that lets us know who you are and may be used to contact you online or offline. We collect information through the following methods:

• Information Provided by You: This includes information provided when registering an account for Kingdom Rising, participating in contests, special events, posting or commenting on our message boards, forums, blogs, or private messages; purchasing products or services; or contacting our Customer Service directly via ticketing and e-mail.
• Automatic Data Collection: During your visit or use of Kingdom Rising or our official websites, we may automatically record your operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type, language, and referring website addresses. We use this information to monitor, develop, and analyze your use of the Services.
• Mobile Device Data: While you are playing Kingdom Rising on a mobile platform, we may collect and record your device information such as device model or type, Unique Device Identifier (UDID or IMEI), MAC Address, operating system, device name, IP Address, time of access, location, phone number, and other operational logs.
• Cookies and Passive Technologies: We may use “cookies” and other passive technologies (including clear gifs/web beacons) to collect certain non-personal information, such as the pages you visit and the features you use. • Advertising ID: Google Advertising Identity (GAID) or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). These are non-permanent, non-personal unique identifiers used for personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads via your Android or iOS device privacy settings.
• Third-Party Social Networks: If you log in to Kingdom Rising using social network accounts such as Facebook, Google, we may collect personal information you authorized those third-party networks to share with us (e.g., name, profile picture, gender, age, e-mail address) to pre-populate our sign-up form, subject to your third-party privacy settings.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Note: You must never publicly share your personal information with other users within the game platform. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from voluntarily sharing your information in violation of this Policy.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION

• We retain your personal information as long as your account in Kingdom Rising remains active, or until you choose to leave our Services.
• If you violate this Policy, we may impose a time limitation on retaining your information based on our internal compliance policies.
• Your registration info and game data are automatically deleted if the game or platform service expires (end of service). Certain ephemeral data like log data, chat data, or in-game activity logs may only be stored for several minutes or days before being cleared.
• Once deletion is executed, the data is permanently removed and is no longer available for any purpose.

6. PRIVACY SECURITY AND PROTECTION

We implement strict administrative and technical security measures (such as encryption and firewalls) to protect your personal information from loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage. Sensitive data like user IDs and passwords are encrypted and stored securely. Our personnel undergo privacy training to ensure your secure system access.

8. DATA DELETION RIGHTS & PROCEDURES

How to Delete Your Personal Data In-App:

1. In the Kingdom Rising mobile app, tap your avatar in the bottom-left corner, tap "Account" at the bottom, and then tap "Switch Account" to navigate to the "User Center" section.
2. Select the "Profile" option.
3. Tap the "Delete Account" button located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
4. Tap the "Confirm" button to confirm the deletion of your account.

Once deleted, all personal info (including username and email) will be permanently removed. Any user-generated content (e.g., comments, posts) may be retained in an anonymized, dissociated form to comply with legal or operational requirements.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion tools, you may submit an alternative data deletion request by contacting us at the emails provided below.

9. POLICY CHANGES OR UPDATES

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you on this site or within the application prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of Kingdom Rising signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
